What a beautiful way to start a Saturday today!  Photos and a letter.  I am waiting to be cleared to post the photos but here is the letter:

1460TH TRANSPORTATION COMPANY

 MAY 17, 2014

SUBJECT:  Letter of Appreciation

1.  To Sue Lamberson, Betty Nitz, Susan Smith, Maryellen Peller and Sandy Bohannon: the 1460th Transportation Company (TC) has received the amazing pillow cases and snacks that were graciously put together for us.

2.  A personal thank you from myself and on behalf of the Company for the show of support and encouragement.  You will be glad to know that the pillow cases were greatly appreciated.  The snack items were quickly consumed by the Soldiers.  The variety of cases sent was a welcome selection and enabled the Soldiers to find one that fit their personality.

3.  It is great to see the support from several states, and once again, thanks.
