Thank you so much for all you did to brighten our Holiday's while
deployed.

Very Respectfully,

I am seriously behind but trying to catch up a bit today.  This came in 12-11.  This group is in ID and the owner used to work at the quilt store in Tucson that has hosted 3 pillowcase sewing days for us.

To All Stitch n’ Snip Quilters,

I’d like to send a personal thank you from afar!  I received an AWESOME USMC Pillowcase today.  It simply looks amazing and I appreciate you taking your personal time to make it.  People like you are the constant reminders of why we do what we do.  Thanks again!

Sincerely,

D. Martin

Cathy,

Thank you so much for the hard work and time you put in to making the
pillowcase. I am out here on the USS San Diego on Deployment, I have
done many deployments before but this one is the hardest because my
family has grown over the years. And it's the small this like a
pillowcase from someone that don't even know me lifts the spirts and
puts smiles on faces thank you once more.

EN1 Daniel

Heads At Ease,

Thank you for taking the time and materials to make and send us
pillowcases. Many of our men and women are touched by the thought of
unknown Americans supporting us from home. I hope you continue this
program so deployed Sailors, Seabees, Soldiers and Marines can feel the
support, and comfort, that this has brought us.

Many thanks and have a Merry Christmas!

Very Respectfully,
CM1(SCW/SW) Duane Hxxxx
Leading Petty Officer
Beachmaster Unit One, Naval Beach Group
USS SAN DIEGO, LPD22

Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening,

Hello, my name is David , today I received a pillowcase
from two lovely ladies named Carol C and her granddaughter
Amber. I feel very blessed and loved that we have people back home who
take the time to think of us. This has brought happiness, good cheer,
and pleasant thoughts to myself and to the rest of the sailors and
marines here on board the USS San Diego. I appreciate all that you guys
have done for us. I wish you guys the best. Thank you

P.S. Tell Amber I would love to be here valentine :)

Very Respectfully,

OS2(SW) DAVID A.

Virginia,

I just want to let you know I appreciate you sending us pillowcases.  I happened to get one with cowboy boots, which now makes sense knowing you are located in Texas.  We appreciate the time and effort it took to give us a little bit of comfort from home.  Thank you.

I recently received a pillow case sewn by Jean F, I would like to thank you for sending it. The pillow case was greatly appreciated.

She give me her's to mail, so here are my SD photos:

Hi, I would like to thank you guys for sending the pillow cases to us.
I picked up a plaid one that is garnet and gold just like my favorite
football team, the FSU Seminoles.  Anyway, my name is Chief Nathan
on the USS San Diego.  We have been on deployment in the Gulf
for 5 months and will be returning soon hopefully.  The crew greatly
appreciates your gifts.  Hope you guys have a Merry Christmas.  Thanks a lot.

Very Respectfully,
EMC(SW/AW) Nathan

Good Morning Rose,

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for pillowcase.  When they
came to the ship we each were able to pick one that we liked and the
yellow/blue with colorful flowers was so happy.  Thank you so much for
taking the time to create and send this, I cannot tell you how much you
have brightened my month.  I truly hope you have a Merry Christmas.

Dear Heads at Ease,

Just wanted to give my thanks to Ginnie C, Debbi M, Susan S
and everyone else involved in making some of the pillow cases we
received onboard the USS San Diego during the holidays. The quality of
your pillow cases is very impressive, from the sewing job to the bright
colors and fabrics used. Thanks for thinking of us while we are on
deployment. Your gifts definitely brought smiles to our faces.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Respectfully,   Jonathan Sxxxx  Petty Officer Second Class  nformation Systems Technician
