Since we are now able to send packages, wouldn't it be great if we shared our creative ideas of what we intend to send to our sailors?

My daughter is newly stationed at Goose Creek. I'm glad I found this site. My navigating skills around this area are rough. Any suggestions about how to communicate more efficiently?

Hello everyone...well the security clearance man showed up at my school today...no I wasn't wearing a clown suit, but I don't know why, but when he showed me the badge I got all nervous and started stammering...I'm such a geek! =0 I didn't tell N that!!!!! My cheeks were red for about an hour! lol!
Hoping to see N this weekend. I think he wants to come home and see his brother and me before we leave for Europe.
Lori...those pictures were not too far from my house!!!! I live one minute from the Hudson! :) Maybe A will come home with them this weekend too. Did he have fun?
I know it seems like we are not always on here, but life takes over...and please know that even if I'm not on every night like I used to be....I love knowing that my girls are always here when I need them!
So don't be discouraged...be thankful that we have this site whenever we need it!!!!! :)

Hi to everyone. I am just dropping by to say hello. My TJ is doing good in AT school, passing all of his tests, thank goodness. We are planning a weekend for him to come home in May hopefully it will work out and he will get approval.
I miss you all and hope everyone is doing well.
I agree ladies, we need a good chat session again. I'm available more now, so I hope we can set up a time. I've missed you all. ((Hugs)) to you all.
Nancy - I was here when you were here! Sorry you missed me :-(
I don't think many people are getting on to chat anymore. Every time I am here, there is no one else around. Maybe we can all commit to meeting ONCE a week, maybe Sunday evening (pick a time as our "evening' times vary LOL) and chat.
My son, who is not a nuke, says that it is very demanding and he has made a couple of friends from kids who dropped down from nuke to SECF and they are much happier. Is he open to making a change and how would you feel about it? Just throwing ideas out there...
Send me a msg if you wanna talk and I can pm you my cell number...
Nancy
