MommaJ, I am also in Tucson. We had a meet and greet luncheon on the 13th of this month at Macayo's. There is a Tucson group also on this site. And, there is a Tucson group on Facebook. Tenatively another meet and greet towards the beginning on November, it is up to the administrator.

Can I get some extra prayer for some of the SR's in the PIR 8/29. A few have to retest Wed. for their run, and 1 is on medical. We are asking for extra prayers so they will be able to graduate this Friday! Thank you.

Here's an inspiring story about a Yuma native today via US Navy Healthcare - "Lt. Rebeca Rodriguez started in the Navy as an Electrician's Mate then applied for the STA-21 program for a commission as a Navy Nurse, eventually working in various capacities within the nursing field including medical-surgical, oncology, and ambulatory." http://www.yumasun.com/news/yuma-native-now-a-recruiter-for-u-s-nav...

Welcome Sasyz250! I'm in N Phx near Desert Ridge. Prepare yourself for a emotional exciting roller coaster. My son will be graduating from BC (Bootcamp) on Friday! Read up and join other groups, the more you learn the faster the time will go until you see Aaron again. Best of luck to him!!

Hi Everyone! My son Aaron leaves for boot camp Tuesday morning. I'm from Gilbert and so excited this group exists. I feel completely out of my element and can use all the support I can get.
