Arizona Navy moms, bootcamp moms, future Navy moms, join us in Phoenix on Sunday, August 3rd,for another fun get-together! These luncheon meet & greets are always a great time.
Macayo's on Central has given us a private room for our event. We also have a few options: for 30+ people, it's only $15.00 per person includes everything but alcohol, with three items to chose from, all the beans and rice, drinks, tip and fee for the room. For a group fewer then 30 people. it will be what ever you want.
Awesome Sarah is the organizer and she needs to know a count by July 25th, so please RSVP to her at 951-310-0226. Thanks and hope to see you there! Details at this link: Arizona Navy Moms Lunch Meet & Greet at Macayo's in Phoenix Aug...
Hi Alicia, and welcome to the adventure! :)
Hi All! I'm in the magical zip code of Phx/Scottsdale. Our son leaves for BC on Monday 6/23 … I'm more nervous/excited than he is!
Welcome NavyMama2Dani! I also live in Gilbert as well as several other moms. There is a group of Navy moms in the area that meet the 1st Monday of the month at the AJ's Fine Foods store at ValVista and Baseline south of the 60 for coffee, soda and some even grab a dinner from their deli. Also on Facebook there is a Proud Navy Moms of Az group. Sarah is the monitor and can accept you into the group. It is a closed group which helps many of us feel safer about being on it. There are moms there that can help you with your interest in the Adopt the Sailor program. Also, there is an East Valley Blue Star Mothers, Chapter 5 whose main mission is sending care packages all year to deployed troops and supporting our Veterans . You can see their info on their webpage. (They meet every 4th Thursday at 6:30pm at the BassPro Shop) There are quite a few Navy moms in that Chapter. So there are several oppportunities for you in the east valley.
