I am sorry that I missed the Navy moms lunch last Saturday/. I have a neuro muscular condition that sometimes limits my ability to get out and about.  I hope to be get to a future luncheon, though.

Jane.... In Pinal County we are progressing nicely with our BSM Charter process. (:

Hi all-- just checking back in after our Macayos lunch..it was great.Had fun talking to moms who just knew what you meant and eating delish food.

Look forward to having another soon!

I am attending the AJ's on Baseline and Val Vista on Monday July 1st at 630pm.Just to sit and chat and have a soft drink or whatever.

Hopefully Jane and Nancy can make that one .Hope to see the new girls I met a Macayos there too.

Several ladies were missed who couldnt make it to Tempe..hopefully next time.

There is also a Blue Star meeting this Thursday at Bass Pro Shop in Mesa..not sure the time.I assume start of 5-530 atleast for people to get out of work.

One friend I know is going and I will try to get time confirmed from her unless she sees this first and posts here ;]!

Great news NancyS about Chris ..so close..whoohoo!!..Southern Calif beach cities are the best...having friends, family and lived there my first 29 years I can say that confidently.

Hi all -- just got back from seeing Chris.  Sorry I missed seeing you.  Here's the Chris update... He's going to be finishing up "C" school at Keesler AFB as a calibration technician.  They train Navy & Marine personnel there as well as AF and he says after being at Pensacola (a Navy base), he really appreciates the Navy way of life.  Then he'll be stationed at North Island -- yippee -- nice and close.  He & his wife have received housing.  He is enjoying learning and working.  We talked about those Boot camp days and he says they are just a blur, but were really necessary to get them ready to serve.  PIR was about 1 year ago.  I'm so proud of him.
