Thanks Jane and Anita! I don't know who is more excited...him or me! lol.
Jane, the home port is Sasebo, Japan.
Just can't wait to see him for Thanksgiving. It's been a whole year! And yes...I foresee some quick trips to SD in the near future!
NEWS FLASH!
Our ETSN got orders for "C" school in San Diego! Reports Dec. 2. After that will be attached to the USS Germantown (LSD42).
Don't know exactly how long "C" school is. Someone told me that if he already got orders for his ship, then school would not be longer than 6 months. Anyone know anything about that? I thought ET C school was longer....but not complaining!
Will be coming home for Thanksgiving before going to SD. YIPPEE. Good bye cold winters in GL!
Hi Kathy.... Happy Belated Birthday! Sorry I'm late.
Haven't been here for a few days...trying to catch up!
Hope your B-day was a good one. Wishing you a great year ahead.
Jane - thanks for all the info on the Tiger Cruise. How I wish I had gone - I did not know all the particulars. Sounds as if you had a ball!
So, JoJo, let me know if you get a chance and no one else can go with you. I think you and I could have a ball! And as I said, that was a very sweet offer on your part (and I really won't keep you to it).
