Wow, when you said September 4 is eight weeks away, it felt like summer's almost over!  LOL  I'm sure he's doing well, and how wonderful you can be there for PIR.  Eight weeks should be enough time to stock up on Kleenex  ;)

It has been 4 nights and i am hoping my son is getting some what settled in now. I have ups and downs but extremely proud of what he is doing. I am able to attend graduation, which should be September 4th, 8 weeks away!!!

Welcome to the Navy family, Adams Mom!  Yes, it's an incredible experience just getting to this point, and you have so much to be proud already but it's just the start of an adventure and so many great experiences.  We have occasional lunch get-togethers and a monthly evening coffee meet-up, and hope to meet you there.  Are you able to attend boot camp graduation ("pass in review")?  And what will your son's rating (occupational specialty) be?

Hello Arizona Moms, my son is going to be sworn in tomorrow morning and this has been an emotional roller-coaster! I am extremely proud of him and will miss him greatly. Looking forward to building some friendships with moms and families in Arizona.

What a show!  Very patriotic and a real honor to our military and our Veterans.  I hope this comes back to valley again soon.  A show I would attend again and again.
