It includes the weekends.  Normally, weekends and holidays are regular time off, called liberty.  But if they are using their leave days, they are not supposed to combine the two.  The training commands can be rather strict on this, so if they are taking leave, the weekends and the federal holidays (Christmas, New Years Day) count as leave days too.  If they don't go on leave, they get the weekend/holidays off if they don't have duty, but they have to stay within the liberty limit of 300 miles.

Anti M, I may have already answered this for myself, but want to be sure. Does the stand down include weekends or just the week days? I believe it would, but just checking. Thank you in advance.

I get them all the time too.  The sites are safe, it is some other issue like site certificate.  Yes, I do the same as the others, click advanced and go ahead.

I get that same message.  In Chrome, you can click the advanced link at the bottom of the page and select to go there anyway.  I've never had a problem with a virus or anything.

Hi Anti-M, thanks again for all the info...I am wondering about the links you sent. When I click on them, I get a warning screen that pops up telling me they are not secure sites. Has anyone else had this issue???

EMs generally do not go directly to a C school.

Look at page 7 (of 115) to see the possibilities.  Not many.

Ok thanks because I was looking up EM's and I didn't see anything on C school. But I'm sure things can change. Thank You Anti M and have a great day!

Just depends.  Ratings such as FC or ET always have a C school.  Others, not so much, or not until they've been in the fleet a while and have advanced to petty officer or up to E-5.  There are many kinds of C schools.

Edit: in general, you can find what NEC can be earned by every rating by finding their "COOL card" online.

Question after A school is their always a C school or just depends?
