Hello Michele - Thanks so much for keeping us "in the loop." I know all of us who knew about Vicki and her son were very concerned last night. I knew Will would come through for you and the situation was in our prayers...Vee

Bill... The list of things that you had just mentioned. Is that to become phase 2? My son talked about it briefly but this is all new for me. Right now he is E2 in as an MM. Where exactly does the phase part fit in?

Hello All,
I asked my son about phase 2 and this is his response. This is for all the Moms & Dads out there that want to know.

You have to stand shadow watches, get room inspects, personal inspects, watch colors in your dress blues, and pass a test. The test is easy. If he is going to the Franklin they will give him the answers about the chain of command and stuff. I took mine at the Enterprise. Know your 11 general orders, and then you have to route your chit and they will approve it and you get phase 2.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to poke me and I will see what I can do. Peace and Godspeed to our Sailors, Bill

Welcome Kathy (Corey's Mom)...One of our "Top Guns" will be able to answer this better than I can, but I think Corey has to complete Phase II before he can have liberty...don't quote me, tho! Will, Hoppi or Chris D. will be on later to catch up on the new questions. Again, welcome to our great group of Moms, 1 Dad and 1 Grandma....Have a great day!

Hello Everyone... I'm new to the group and have a question. My son graduated from BC last Friday. He stayed in GL for his A School as an MM. How does their liberty work now? Do they get it every weekend?

Morning everyone! TGIF is right. I hope you all make it a great day out there.
Roni - don't get lost today and Theresa I'm keeping my fingers crossed that your "Keel" will arrive today. Got things to do and I'll be back later.

Hi again, Roni....I don't watch much of anything tonight. I'm gonna get to bed and read another few chapters in my book. I've never heard of "Hell's Kitchen." I'll look for it and see if I can get it.....Good night; catch you tomorrow.....

Hi Roni...I believe Will is on top of Michele's question and is awaiting more info from her right now. Apparently, she isn't on any longer this eve. Speaking of which...I'm out of here tonight, too....Long day! HAGN all....
