OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Vee: I think you need to make the trip to So. Cal. Oh, so close and yet so far. You will be glad that you did it. Drive carefully, however!

Thank you, Gary....You may have just given me the little "kick in the butt" I needed to make that drive again so soon. I really do want to see him, but sometimes my body doesn't let me do things my brain wants to....lol lol I'll be calling Michael today and checking his schedule. Take in some of that wonderful Vegas sunshine for me, will you?
