DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Theresa, the Nimitz is a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier....and I don't know anything about getting a rental car through Amazon.

Laurie, how long was Josh in school? I can't remember...

Wow, Laurie...you must be excited! The Nimitz for Josh! How long was he in school? And he will be coming home soon...yea~~
I got a lot done here today working outside; I love this weather. I am not a cold weather person at all.
I haven't heard from my Michael for about 2 weeks now. I hope he has been in touch with his dad and step-mom and his mom (my daughter). I am going to call my daughter this evening to see if she has heard from him. I know he is busy in ATT school and I never know what time is a good time to call him. Michael had never been away from home either so I know he has been homesick. Let me know if you get in touch with Roni....Thanks and have a good evening! Vee

HI Laurie...I was wondering that myself. She has kinda dropped off the face of the earth. Now I'm getting worried if you haven't heard from her. Please let me know if you catch up with her, and I'll do the same. Did you have a good weekend?

Gary...sounds like you are well on your way to a super weekend!!! So glad you had a safe trip and got to meet our leader. I'm sure Will is everything you describe in your comment. I only wish Michael would have had the opportunity to meet him on a one-to-one basis. Now go enjoy that weekend with Nicholas. Vee :~}
