Yes, Gary T., I am one of those GM "grandmas." Don't feel bad, I have a difficult time remembering who the GM parents are, too!!

Morning, Gary....Good for "Twardo"...I know he will be happy to get in "civies" off base, and good luck to him in SCC. Michael, also a GM, is a little ahead of Nicholas and right at the same pace as Bill Sick's son as their PIR was the same date and they started ATT school the same date. Have yourself a great day! And, Karen, I'll answer what I can for you, also.

Happy Friday everyone and a big WELCOME to member #126.
Will, how are you feeling today? Did the Nyquil do the trick? Sure hope so~~
Yea, Theresa! I figured Nick would class up for ATT school about now and he did...GREAT!
Roni, yes it looks like it might be a long ordeal on that "stand off" so we'll keep all of them in our prayers.

HAVE A BLESSED AND HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!

Hoppi would he know by now if he is a grad-n-go? He didn't mention that he was. It would be great to have him for full weekend liberty but I guess we will have to wait until we are there to find out.

GRAD N GO TO GL Yes, our sailor had PIR on 3/20/09. Div 818 was grad n go, we saw them for 20 min then not until around 5 pm. They were under the new command, not in boot camp. They were all grinning and excited- they did not have to be back until Sunday evening. Our son didn't even want to drive back into base for a change of clothes! He stayed with us at the hotell We brought a backpack w/ a few clothes, cell phone and a few other things in the car " in case" .he was able to keep them. But, the backpack has to be black only.

Hoppi as far as I know he is not a grad-n-go. There was no mention of it also in the graduation packet. Thank you once again for your quick response, it made me feel a lot better.

Roni - thank you for the prayer for our Navy sailors helping the captured ship captain...I will certainly join you in this prayer.

Kathy (Corey's Mom) - Yes, someday the broken nose story will be funny....

Hello Everyone... Been reading through the pages to catch up with everyone.
Welcome to all new members.
Vee... Michael will someday be telling his grandchildren how he broke his nose while he was in the Navy!
Roni... I will say a prayer. I keep missing the news and only getting bits and pieces of the story.
