Mitch came home for summer break 2 days ago, and i just went to their FB pages to leave them a message telling them how much i love being their mother and this is what i saw posted on Max's page from Mitch...hes such a joker and EXTREMELY funny. i couldnt stop laughing:
Hello ladies and HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!! You are without a DOUBT the best MOMS in the WORLD!!!!
I havent had a chance to read up on the group, and i dont have much time...Bree is on her way up to talk about her moving to CT>>.
I want to thank all of you for being so understanding, and wanted to assure you all that i havent fell off the face of the earth or forgotten about our group.!!! I forgot how HARD it is to work...LOL!!!
I get home aand make dinner, and then its time for bed!!. Ive just worked 6 days in a row, ten hour days. Im emotionally drained because i have no idea what the hell im doing there yet...lol I cant wait to catch up on everything thats been going on with you ladies!
I skimmed thru real quick and saw that Josefina is getting to spend Moms Day with NATHAN, thats AWESOME!!!! Im so happy for you mama!! I am going to check back in later after she leaves, and read, read, READ!!!
I had a wonderful day with my Mother and 3 of my 4 children. The Ironic thing was that Doug called when we were all together having lunch. I just got home and told him that I will call him back. Made me feel bad when he said that he wishes that he was there with us. Cannot wait until June 3rd!
Love you guys...thanks for being an ear to listen..Happy Mothers Day!
Janie...I dont know why but I read that poem and broke down in tears....Mothers's Day hasalways been special between Chris and I. He was the only son that made sure I had a gift and it was always a meaning full one. So I missed that....I got a quick call from him but that was about it......My husband tried to fill the void by given in and getting me a kitten...lol.......
So happy for you Mama Bear getting to spen Mothers Day with your son.
I think all of us who were fortunate enough to have our kids home already stared at them constantly especially when they slept...I remeber Chris sitting in the recliner watching TV and then looked at me and said "Mom why are you starring at me, you are freaking me out"....lol..I chuckled to myself...he will understand when he has children.....they jsut dont get it sometimes.........
I found this poem and I think its fits all of us.
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY !!!! I wish you all the best to my NAVY SISTERS! Barb you are right, she said he seemed shy but wasn't sure, just quiet. Good thing he didn't hang near Jess to often, he'd be talking up a storm and like a Sailor! lol She's a tough little cookie and can keep up & hang with the guys. lol
Mama Bear probably can't sleep right now, she's on "excitement mode" too. She gets to have her Sailor today! What a great mothers day gift! All the waiting to hold him, then he arrives! Its like the day he was born all over again except without the pain! lol
Ok GIRLS, enjoy your day! Love ya's!
