~~~~Janet, I am so sorry for your loss of your Mom...I wish there were something I could do or say to make the pain go away but, there's not...I lost my Mom last Christmas and alot of people will tell you, I know how you feel, but, the truth is they don't. Every relationship and everybody is different and grieves differently. No one can tell you how to do that either. Grieve how you must. If I gave you one piece of advice it is NOT to put off grieving...process it while being surrounded by friends and family that love you. If you have a bad day, it's OKAY...there's not a day that goes by I don't miss her, she was one of my best friends, but, I grieve for ME because I'm left here, not for her because she is in a much BETTER place..we never said Goodbye, only so long. I know I will be with her again one day....that's what gets me thru it. Plus, if I could ask her, she WOULDN'T want to come back, especially, like she was. I can hear her say, I MISS YALL LIKE CRAZY BUT, I'll just wait right here...just know we love you and we're here for you!! Even those bad days...Praying for you and your Family...
~~~Your Hubby was so sweet to post on FB for you.....I think with some practice, he'd get the hang of it...LOL...then you'd have to fight him for the computer...

OMG! I am sorry to hear this news. Jan when you return and see this you know that all your NAVY SISTERS are here for you! I am so sorry for your loss, I know what it is like and although it is never easy you have to know that she is in a better place then the world we are here living in. May you also find comfort in knowing that you were there with her. My thoughts & prayers are with you and yours as you heal from this trying time.

Angie sorry to hear about friends father, that is such a tragic loss also.

Despite this unfortunate news I hope all is well otherwise with all of you and your families this Easter and beyond. The weather is a beautiful for the rising of our Jesus.

I received a phone call from my daughter and THAT was my easter egg basket, one of the best goodies I could've received, the other two goodies are home with  me today, my men.

She is hoping to hear something soon as she says "I want to come home then go with my fleet!" She's getting really anxious to start her career.

Angie I'm sure Colby will have his sights full of beautiful scenery in Hawaii, not just the women. lol My brother is vacationing over there for a few weeks right now and his pictures he posted are amazing. In all of the USA, THAT is the one state that is my number one to visit someday. Its on my bucket list.

Hope all is well with all my other SAILOR kids. Stay well my sisters and love you all, I don't know what I would do without you. Our little group is a great source of support, love and friendship. All you ladies are my inspiration!

Janet's relative just posted on face book that Jan's mom passed away.

Jan- my heart and prayers go out to you and your family. It is very difficult to lose a loved one. I am so sorry for your loss.....

Ok, now I'm getting a little concerned about Janet..praying her Mom's ok....and her & her sisters are too...

My DEAR, SWEET friend lost her step-dad last night to a FRECK accident...he lives at the beach, went to neighbors dock, tripped & fell hit his head on the boat..it turned out, he had a heart attack that caused the fall and then when he hit his head it broke his neck..he went w/o oxygen for over 20 mins..Family had to make a choice and he went very peacefully....my heart aches for her and her family...it was crazy..

Hope all of yall have talked to your loved ones or get to tomorrow on Easter...just talked to Colby and he's gonna try surfing tomorrow...he's pretty good with water sports maybe, he'll be sucessful.. His Dad ask him about the Hawaiian women & his response was "I almost broke my neck at the beach"....lol...he's going to invest in a camera today so maybe pics soon on FB....

~~~HAPPY EASTER~~~ LOVE YOU LADIES......
Angie-  I agree. firt class for the first class military. It is the least they could do for them......Chris flew United Airlines back to Georgia and I signed him up for the miles. It is worth it if they are going to fly even if it is once a year. (I hope it is more)
It is still raining in New England but they are forcasting a bright Sunny Easter.
Enjoy your Easter Sunday !!!!!!!
Hoping to hear from Jan......
Angie~~ how true is that!?!?  Military personnel should always fly first class!
GOOD MORNING LADIES.....Heading out shortly to go Hunt eggs at the church, SURE wish I had BABIES to take...my own or grandbabies would do...LOL, our daughter informs us it will be a while after they marry..don't hurt to wish....
I have been meaning to tell yall this....yall might have already done this, but, if not, you might want to consider it, Be sure to sign-up for Delta SkyMiles....I have a good friend that just came home from Afganistan and he told me to be sure to do this for Colby.....if nothing else, they can get bumped up to first class with extra leg room and he said on those long flights, it makes a difference...my bro-n-law, works for ESPN and he said the same thing...plus, he has so many miles some of my sister's family will get to fly free to Hawaii...personally, I think our Military Men/Women ought to get FIRST CLASS anyways........just sayin....
