I am still playing around trying to figure out how to do things on the

computer.  A friend sent me this photo, thought it was cute.  Was it on here someone said they might have had a william  marrying a Kate had they not changed the name around at birth.      As the story goes I might have been a Maryjane instead of Jane Mary if my dad had gotten along better with my mother's sister Mary.    (So if I use my First, Maiden, and Last I am-- JKL ; )

Leiland, My parents just drove back to NJ from their winter home in Sarasota on Seista Keye. They stopped to see my son on their way home. I love Sarasota, I was just there in March. I bet you hate the snow birds. They drive the cost of everything up! Of course they also keep our economy going.

No problem - thanks :) - BTW another way to bone up for a visit to Oak Ridge is a movie...add "Fat Man and Little Boy" to your Netflix queue, starring Paul Newman - very good movie.

Mark, thanks for contributing.  I may be a TN mom, but I don't know much about Knoxville!

I'm not a TN mom, but I've visited Knoxville/Oak Ridge for work a couple of times, and I love the area. The historical sites in town (please correct me TN moms) are mostly along the river, and are pretty basic. My favorite thing about Knoxville is the music scene - it's the most happening place in the American Roots music scene - think bluegrass, folk etc... with a modern feel to it also. There are a couple of historic theaters a few blocks from the river and the UT campus, that have terrific music acts, along the lines of the Opry in Nashville, but with a bluegrass lean. An hour east is Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mts. Natl. Park. I drove from Knoxville through there to Charleston on my one visit to SC. It's not the fastest route though - getting through the Indian Res. east of the Natl Park is slow going. Historically, the main thing in the area is in Oak Ridge, about 20 miles from town. I can only touch on it here, but it was a secret during WWII, as it was built from scratch to be the center of the Manhattan Project effort to develop the atom bomb. It is still the heart of America's nuclear research, and there is a good museum in town devoted to it. http://www.amse.org/

I would suggest googling Oak Ridge, or Manhattan Project for more information.

Another good source for step by step instructions with photos is thepioneerwoman.com. Just go to her cooking tab and search for cake balls. Sorry, I don't know how to attach the link from my iPad.
