Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

If it is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. Comment by Patrick's Mom on January 10, 2012 at 10:45pm: Thank you ALL for your kind thoughts, prayers and advice. I will seek the Lord on what to do (if anything), and follow His lead. Just to reiterate what happened for those of you who I don't think understand...we DID get a call on Friday from our SR, but we happened to be out of town for my mother-in-law's funeral. The message was left on my voicemail, but did not include a reason for the setback or any new ship/div info. All he said was he'd been set back 2 weeks. Hope that clarifies for any of you who weren't sure exactly what had happened. And...thank you again for all the caring and kindness you've extended to me. It has helped much today.

It showed the drum core playing (LOVE drum core...I watch "Drumline" just to see it!), and then the Fifity Flag presentation starting...my Seabee walked by and said, "Watcha watching?" I told him and then showed him...then realized that ..he has NEVER seen it! The Sailors are waiting OUTSIDE while the introductory part is going on! He needs to see his OWN DVD just to see that part!

Now, the 900 Divisions are privy to this but all others are not!

BUY the DVD...or make sure your Sailor does!

SEMPER FORTIS to you and your Recruits who are strong and will carry on!

You will have to contact PAO for new passwords for the gate pass...found out from diannep that you need to keep your original form letter so you can give them the original password in order to get the new one. Your password is confidential and so helps to identify that you are who you say you are.
