Me too! I am carrying my phone with me everywhere. When will those calls begin??!
No calls and I'm about to explode!!!!
Has anyone received a call yet? Not me.
I ate Navy beans for lunch in anticipation! :)
Who has packed and ready to go??? Can you come pack me too??!!! Stuck at work the last 2 nights 14-16 hour days trying to free myself to go!!! I can't sleep on airplanes, but may have to, LOL. My parents (81 & 75) are coming too - winter snowbirds in TX at the moment - hope our Pensacola Sailors don't have to leave too early this weekend! I keep waiting for the Liberty briefing and the explanation of their orders - come on Friday!
Hi ladies, I just wanted to stop by and thank you guys for all of your prayers and support through this whole experience. I don't know how I would have gotten through it without you. It felt so nice to have people going through the same exact thing I was. I wish you all safe travels tomorrow as you make your way to graduation. I really wish that I was able to go, not only to see my boyfriend, but to meet all you wonderful ladies who have helped me through this. This was made impossible with the conflict with his family not liking me. Oh well, it's nothing I can change. I hope you all have a wonderful time finally getting to see your new sailors. My prayers will be with you. Thanks so much again!
Two years ago when my older son was to go through BattleStations the whole system broke down or there was a real fire or something. He was so disappointed that they did not get to complete BS.....but they all graduated! That was the important thing! Have the kleenex and list of questions ready Div 83/84 your phones should start ringing soon!!!
That would be all for ID purposes, 1ProudMama. Remember, if you are driving on base for PIR in your own car, you need proof of insurance. If in a rental car, you need the rental agreement showing insurance.
I will "bump up" the discussion above that talks about things to bring to PIR!
