Booked our hotel yesterday... Staying at key lime resort march 8-march 13. Now it's just the car rental. Thinking of using Sarge's taxi service to pick up at O'hare, then renting the car in town. Any thoughts, I thought I remember someone saying on the other group that it is cheaper than the airport rental. Also, can anyone tell me a good seafood restaurant? My SR loves seafood, and I don't think there's much of that at boot camp, so he would enjoy the treat!

Thanks for letting us know that the recruits really enjoy our letters, I can just see the smile on my son's face. We have had an excellent month so far, our daughter just finished training for a manager position, our son has his internship so he will complete college this summer and my husband just passed Step 2 of his medical boards, I can't wait to tell my son all this great news in his letter for today!

Oh I intend to. I written to my boyfriend everyday but two since he has been gone. I just figured that he would only be getting around 14 the first day because the others wouldn't have made it there by then. I have sent a total of 20 I think and I am sending another tomorrow.

Thanks ladies! Hannah - she says she actually enjoys delivering the mail and making everyone happy - so keep the letters coming!

Amy - I sure will thank her! Can't wait to here you have received your letter too!

Sleep will not be a priority tomorrow, setting the alarm for 1:30PM to stalk the mailman! (I work nights and don't get to bed until 9:00AM).

FTLW - that is too funny!! I know I should learn to love, embrace it, but I'm not quite there yet, lol. Hopefully tomorrow will be my lucky day!
Jenny - it does my heart good just knowing my SR is getting our mail! Thank your daughter for me! And congratulations on getting your letter. So good to hear she is doing well. Hopefully things are getting better for them as a team!
