I have the same study habits too, LMNS. I'm working on a power point presentation for my Child Psych class and am writing the outline as I click on the slides. Outlines always drove me crazy in school, especially when teachers wanted it BEFORE you wrote the paper.

Paula - I will definately post pictures of the wedding....

Greg, my navy son is doing pretty okay..he told us that he's been talking to Sarah almost every day...once in awhile he 'surfaces' and we chat..The other night, we were texting...for 3 1/2 hours!!! I told my husband that it probably would have been a 30 minute phone call....heheheheh. That was with a few long breaks in between though. He was grilling with some buddies...

Well............moms got to go get some school work done as I did again last weekend what I didn't want to do....crammed my two classes in on Sat/Sun...I have an outline due this week for a paper that is due in 3 weeks.........SO for me that means a paper due this week!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I can't write an outline before a paper, I have to write my outline from my paper...ehhehehehe little backwards here, but if it works it works....Who said I have to write the outline first anyway???? I'm streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessing........:( well, no not really, not until Sun. when its actually due....I'm not typically a procrastinator by nature....but.............over and out moms...catch you all later!

Hey ladies...smiling at all the wedding plan 'talk'...I get what you're saying about wedding plan mode Jess! Though all the major arrangements are taken care of for us for now....justing wanting to confirm the photographer is all! In two weeks, we got the location of the churh/reception hall secure, the pastor, the dj, the caterer/food menu, wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, tuxes & my dress choosen and paid for. The flowers came yesterday - So in the next couple weeks, we will be working on the table arrangements (all decorations are bought), bouquets and boutineers! Can't wait, that will be sooooooooooooooooo much fun! Oh and they got their rings ordered...

Sharon - I get what you're saying about a 'royal' wedding...ehhehehhe.....I've been telling my daughter, 'you're a princess, so you have to have a princess wedding'....she rolls her eyes and smiles...(it's a good eye roll...heheheh)....I can't wait to see her walk down the isle in her gown and see Matthew's face....it will be priceless...Well, her dad too! I think he will cry...Bethany thinks Matthew will cry too! He's such a sweet tender young man.....I had to chuckle the other day when we were talking...she said to me, '"Mom, Matt asked me, 'how should we kiss? Should it be soft and gentle?" I smiled and told her...tell him whatever he feels like doing! Heheheh....they are too too cute together...been getting to spend allot of time with them lately and it's been allot of fun....To be young and in love....:) - It only gets better!

Jess-Yes i actually do like the dress! I just dont like pink, lol but it is YOUR wedding not mine. See if it was mine, it would be green :p oh well that time will come, and then you will be in a green dress :)

Been quiet on my end. Had an interview with a bank today. I think it went pretty well. I will hear back from them by the end of the week as to if i am going to get a 3rd interview or not. I told Jess the other night that see is wearing off on me. After i looked at the bridesmaid dress, i started looking at other dresses. Now I have all the dresses for my wedding picked out, and im not even dating anyone, lol oh well, its fun to dream about it :)

Jessica - I wish I'd known you last year - BOTH of my step-daughters got married within 3 months of each other - you'd have thought they were Royal weddings.  It sounds like you'll have a perfect day because you know that it's the marriage that's really important!  Best of everything to you both!

Hey all! I finally picked my wedding venue today! Yay! Also got the bridesmaid dresses down (stephanie I hope you actually do like it and aren't just being nice lol) and I got my maid of honors dress picked out. I've been in nonstop wedding mode since Friday, but its soo worth it I am finally making some progress!! 11 days until my trip too(:

Paula - I haven't heard from my son in almost a week too.  The testing is getting a bit intense - I'm hoping he's studying - not talking with his girlfriend all the time.  I suspect she's getting the "phone time" I used to get.  Ah well, that's as it should be.  I like her a lot and they're both in their mid twenties - not babies. I'm lighting a candle tomorrow for his test.  Hope it goes well.

I was busy this weekend with a visit from my sister.  We had a good time and I was sad to drop her at the airport.  We're going on a big trip/adventure in mid-October so we worked on plans for that.  Haven't heard from my Sailor/son for 2 weeks.  He's in A School and living his own life.  I hope all is well with everyone else.

Wow, its quiet in here. Something has to be going on for us or our Sailors. I had an interesting weekend at work. All my students this weekend were boys. Seven teenage boys in cars. They say some interesting things to each other when they don't think their coach is listening.
Missing my hubby. Graduation can't get here soon enough. Trying to make pls.s to do something with him when he gets home.

Jess, so glad to hear that time with your mom went well.  That's very good and I hope you can build a string of positive times and a better relationship.

Lovemynavyson, please do post pix of the wedding and baby.
