Lucy:  Can you please video katiesmom's and Connie's  MeetNGreet standup routine and post it on here???  I'm thinking that they are both about to be "discovered."   :-)

Connie:  Need to know more about the cold inserts you found for your bra....are there really inserts like that?  Because I do long walks with my dogs and it is HOT down here...maybe that would be something I should look into?  As long as I don't end up with frozen you-know-whats....now THAT wouldn't be fun!

Comment by diannep on June 8, 2011 at 12:35pm

katiesmom:  Ok, well....I can only yell at you all during your game at the MeetNGreet if you have me on SKYPE since I won't be there....and to SKYPE, I guess I would need a webcam....which I don't have....because I'm rebelling....so....no yelling from me!

And....why would you have your clothes off to PUT in the box?  Or....maybe I shouldn't be asking that....never mind...  :-)  Oh, I forgot this game was called:  Let's play Navy bootcamp!  So clothes in the box to ship home!

Everyone please remember to RSVP for the Meet & Greet on Thursday, June 30th from 6 pm to 8 pm (I'm thinking with our gang - we'll be partying 'til midnight!)   Everyone is invited to attend (even if you are not staying at the Ramada) and there is no cost.  Here is the link:

June 25 to July 4th is Navy Week in Chicago - how fitting!

Chicago Navy Week 2011, in conjunction with Taste of Chicago & Naval Station Great Lakes Centennial, will be packed with events demonstrating the mission of the U.S. Navy and our proud heritage.

Well, first my Internet was down for two days.  Then my power was out for 3.  Why they couldn't happen at the same time is beyond me.  Now I'm trying to play catch-up and see my younger kids through the last few days of school -- not to mention work I'm needing to catch up on.  Looks like I missed a lot.
