Hi everyone! I got my call! I am sooooo excited, he sounds wonderful. I mean really happy!! I couldn't believe it. It's like he has grown up soooo much in 3 weeks. I am so surprised, yet so very proud of him. He said a couple of kids have been sent home but he is doing really well, really likes the others in his divisions and is doing really well. Wow, I will sleep tonight. So happy:)

I salute you for continuing on molding and training our children into Sailor's!

I am having some computer problems, grrr. Jessica, I think you are wise beyond your years and you seem very flexible so you and your SR will work this out. Sometimes it doesn't matters what you do, they will never be happy and you my friend will just go on and be happy because you see the best in people!

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY EVERYONE!  To all that have served, thank you for ensuring Freedom for the rest of us.  To those that have lost a loved one in service - you have made the ultimate sacrifice and may God abundantly Bless you.  To all the mom's and families, friends here - be proud of your loved one as they embark on their crusade to continue to uphold what this country holds most dear.  God Bless you and all our recruits and other military today!

Bless your heart Jessica! I pray it all works out. I agree with Katie'smom.....let him be the one to tell them how he wants things. My son is engaged and his fiance is going with us to PIR. However...we love her like a daughter. I plan on giving them some space....you think 15 minutes is long enough!?!? LOL. j/k. Best of luck!

Thanks so much everyone for the interest in the ribbons. And no, it is not too late to order them and have them in plenty of time for PIR. They are a great way to show your pride for your Sailor, make it easy to recognize other N4M members, and they make a great keepsake and can even be put into a scrapbook or frame if you remove the pin from the back. The best way to get the info and place an order is to click on my name and send me a friend request. I always get back to you within a few hours but if you have not heard from me in 24 hours then send me a message to my regular email address: uniquememorymakers@yahoo.com because that means I did not get your friend request. Thanks so much for all your kind words :-)
