Hmmm....mominva....that's probably better than having the cell in your bra which is what we suggest!  :-)

Just bought one of those goofy looking cell phone holders to clip on my clothes so that I am  never without my phone. I would just die if I missed a call. Can't wait to hear his voice!

Capricorna:  Business-like because those "info" calls are "supervised" by Navy personnel.  He wouldn't have been free to talk then.  My son made one of those to me also when up there, and I said "Here's your brother"...he said, "Mom, I can't talk right now!"  oooops~

It wasn't him(: I called back and it was work related, no big. I about had a heart attack though!

JessicaB:  The area code is usually 847 but some ladies had have the calls come through as "unknown" and others have had calls come from other area codes.  I googled the 331 area code...it is the Chicago area.  ....sigh....

ConnieC:  Were you really kidding about the chocolate???  Hmmmm...because it sure makes ME feel good!  I say:  Our female bodies DEMAND CHOCOLATE!  So....bring it on!  :-)

847 is the area code - keep phones handy!  My son called just a week into BC and needed information - keep paper, pen and calm handy.  Anyone else with SR in Division 212?
Comment by Paula (was Capricorna) on May 17, 2011 at 1:51pm
When I got home from work last night, there were 2 voice mail messages from my SR.  He needed some information.  It was not a personal/social call and he was very business-like.  However, he ended each call with an "I love you".  That was a nice surprise.

Yes, it's 847.  I actually had a scare yesterday when I saw the last call was a 847 number... I thought I missed another call from him!!!  Then I remembered, wait, that was me making hotel reservations!  big sigh of relief, and felt pretty silly :)
