NavyTurtle:  Most likely, they will fly out on Sat. but sometimes not until Sunday....so try and stay until Sunday if you can so you will have that extra time with your sailor it that happens.

Comment by diannep on June 4, 2014 at 8:01pm

korymae:  Sometimes they get very busy, are tired, or studying so just bear with them when their letters are short!

Selah, I have been wanting to try to win Trivia Tuesday, but I wasn't available to get to a computer or my phone.  But I plan on trying next week!  Though we are not in the same DIV so you unfortunately are my competition!!

Jumanji, just wanted to tell you that movie, Jumanji, was my son's favorite for quite some time when he was little.  He and I both practically had the whole thing memorized!!

You can find links to the 800 and 900 Divisions located on the right side of this page, under the members pictures. From what I've learned, they are the "performance" division of PIR. There is Ship Staff, Sticks (flags), and Triple Threat.

What is the signifigance of the 900 divisions?

My recruit is in Aircrew, will she definitely be flying out on Saturday after graduation? Trying to make travel arrangements and want to spend as much time with her before she leaves.

Yesterday a sister of an SR in Div 208 won Tuesday Trivia and will be getting A PICTURE OF THEIR DIV POSTED on RTC Facebook page.  Anyone interested in getting a picture of their SR's Division, tune in next Tuesday.  It looks like they post the question around 11 am.

korymae is right.  The mail is held for about 2 weeks until the Recruit Mail Petty Officer is trained.  Then they get it all and can write for the first time.  They can only mail out once a week (collected on Sundays) but will receive it M-F.

Good Morning!
