OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Jojo-I'm a sailor calls come after BS, you are correct.

Diannep is the BS date queen--it's not an exact science but she's not wrong often :).

Speaking of the "I am sailor call"  ...if I'm not mistaken that comes after Battle Stations ..correct?

Like I said, I'm not receiving any mail....would anyone know when Ship 11  Div 005 would have their BS days??

I'm just trying to see when about to anticipate a call is all.

Good morning Ladies

Dina0106- aawww stay positive...he'll call...and if the "I'm a Salior" call is the one you get ...THAT'S THE BEST ONE!! lol  and Good Luck at the doctors.

diannep - continued prayers for Brett

kp125f- yesterday is usually my letter day too...but I live in NJ and Sandy has made it impossible for mail to come to our area.  Every post office in my area is closed due to damages. So I don't know when they will be up and running anymore...or when my next letter will come .

All in all, two Friday's from now our SR's will be graduating.   Let's pray they pull together as one and get thru the next two weeks of tests with flying colors.  :D

I am excited for everyone getting calls, I am hoping I might get a call too :) yesterday was letter day but no letter...... i am hoping that Sandy is the reason for the delay.....

To TheLostAirman:

The group for "Nuke Moms" is a really good source of information. I bet someone in that group will be able to answer your questions. I know they've helped me understand a few things.

I've also seen on there a schedule for what happens in the Nuke training pipeline, such as what classes they'll take and rules/regs for the sailors on base. There's some important stuff on there, like when they're allowed to drive their own car, when they have liberty, etc...

Good Morning Ladies.  Here is a tv interview done yesterday with Brett's wife and brother.  He had a rough day (not mentioned in the interview which was done earlier)...in pain now.  Please pray for that.  More responsive so that is great...problems with kidney yesterday, etc.  Pray for a better day today.  Their goal is to get him sitting up...after 16 days of lying down.  Thanks so much!
