I used to live in Ft. Worth near Keller Tx. and this time I am moving to Aubrey which is outside of Dallas. I have a friend who lives there who is also a single mom. We have been friends for 30 years and we used to live together before we got married. So, I told her I would build the house big enough for her sons and mine if she would move in. So I am really excited. I loved Tx. well except maybe in August...lol!!!

O and someone asked about the train to chicago...it's literally at gate 3 of main base...you can see PIR hall on RTC base from station as well. It cost $7 round trip and took about 45minites...not bad at all! It drops u off downtown where it's about 20minute walk or 5minute taxi ride to magnificent mile shopping district. Navy Pier is about 10minute, $10(including tip) taxi ride...very easy!!!!

Oh yes she has the approbal from me =] monica's parents and siblings are beyond sweet and natylie LOVES THEM!! She def. has a great set of parents and brothers=] It's one heck of a gorgeous family! When natylie's daddy gets to meet your momma i'm sure he will give the clearance by far! We will try to distract her with natylie until you and your hubby are ready to make your parents a memaw and pepaw<3 bc you know as much as i do that they are beyond ready! I love the way your parents look at natylie with such amazement and joy like she was their own grand baby and she's only met them 2 or 3 times =] I absolutely adore your family! And make sure you thank her for the toys and super cleaning them=] She's amazing!

I hope everyone has an amazing thanks giving!!!

Monica good for you to have your sailor with you for thanksgiving, that would of been strange knowing that he is across the road and con't come home. Our counseling classes 26years ago (from the church) entailed, how to live together, money managing and decision making. Of course it had a religious background to it. I bet your's will have all that plus how to live in the military. They weren't too bad, you'll do fine. Be sure to let us know how they worked out.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Each of you has been a blessing in my life and I will be forever grateful that I met you. It is hard for me to believe that six months ago when my son told me he was joining the Navy I cried for days thinking this was the worst possible thing that could ever have happened in my life. Now I can't imagine not have knowing each of you. Thursday, when I bow my head and thank God for my blessings this year you will be at the top of my list. If you are traveling to see loved ones...be safe. If you will be seeing your sailors...hug them for me. If they will be far away like mine...know that soon we will be with them again and for that we will be thankful. God Bless!!
