Hello Division 360:

Just got my call today at about 11:15am(PST). Eric missed calling before due some additional testing that is done for the Nukes. We spoke about 10 minutes, as he had to call his Dad and Grandmother. He sounds tired and is ready to get out of boot camp. They took his wisdom teeth out. He was down for 3 days recovering from the oral surgery, they had a hard time getting his teeth out. He has passed he PT and academic tests. Failed the weapons test. I presume they will allow him to re-take the test? He is scheduled to be sent to A school on 11-7-10. I was glad to hear from him!

Thanks ..... Josie

Are the gas chambers part of hell week??
Comment by Lynne on October 12, 2010 at 1:10pm
I don't think it is hell week...I think for some divisions this is firefighting week and for other divisions it is Marlinspike and weapons training....that is my understanding...if you count the weeks form the day they got to boot camp you would be right on...however processing days don't count in the way they count boot camp...so they aren't quite there yet...lol

Does anyone know whats going on this week. From what I understand it is hell week? is that right? I was just wondering what all that involved besides waking up at 0400, physical fitness tests, and tests.

Gabbyhat, I was just answering Sandi's question, but when looking at google it mentioned these are jumping out of planes and helos. I don't know specifics of that job though. My son is going FC or ET.

Thanks all will wait to here what goes on for him, can't wait for next letter or call.
What is SAR? I've seen it on here before, but I don't get it either.
I will check in a little later to see what all of you talk about, unfortunately I have to work and read the notes. That is what happens when you run your own biz.

Love it Lynne. I got a card yesterday for my husband and this is what it said: I cant wait to hug for a very long time, cant wait to hold you because your mind, cant wait to kiss you and if you don't mind, cant wait to touch your behind. I thought it was very funny so I had to buy it. It is sitting in the mailbox waiting to be picked up. Hopefully letters today!!! 24 more Days ladies.
