Ladies I have to agree with Jessica. When I got my call last Sunday I was totally stunned and LITERALLY no lie lost my breath for about 5 seconds and then when I began to speak the tears came flowing, I personally had no control. I was so schocked. Then my husband said Baby I got only 4 minutes so please stay strong and dont cry. So after a few words I was able to REALIZE it was him and he only did have 4 minutes to suck it up and I did. So try to stay non-emotional as possible. And the question idea is a great idea. I wasnt expecting his call and when I got it I was shocked. All kept asking was are you okay, are you happy?

Me either oldest and the line about only sitting to do those things....really made me giggle...oh well...it is a relief....see my son left the 31st of Aug with Cardinal Comp so has been gone a long time already. He did say they were week 1 day 2 on Sunday...so gosh they spent a loooooooong time in processing.

AAHHH!!!! I'm so excited for you Lynne! I bet the feeling of that first letter is such relief. I can't even imagine mine in bed at 8PM every nite.

Now that I have read the letter for the 100th time...here is the funny line. "Mom the only time I get to sit down is to poop and to eat...I don't know about you but that's alot of standing."....LOL

Division 357 does anyone have a recruit with an initial B who might be nicknamed Pickle...if so my son is his buddy...my son said he has gotten way more religious, lost much weight, survived a 3 hour beating (additional PT), been pushed way beyond his limits and is in bed by 8PM every night. He also said that they are running more than the special ops group at this point...lol ya think!!!

But let me say this I don't care where we have the Meet and Greet, like I have said from the beginning you all decide

I agree with you Lynne, I think what your planning is great. I was just wondering if there was a way to get the word out to the folks that aren't computer saavy.
