mapakids@ oh i will wait for you at M & G! :)
proudnavywife@ happy Birthday! I know your thought of today by a very special future sailor.
Gosh guys,, I feel horrible having you all wait and the info on the discount was not even correct information... the last thing we all need is a let down.....
Hi all, I apoligize for not getting back to you earlier... We celebrated an early Christmas Eve since we are leaving on the 24th to stay with family out of state.
Ok the original lady who told me about the "group" discount was incorrect. The sales guy informed me that there is no "group" discount on the PIR prices they already have set. So they cannot combine any other discounts.
So if you are planning on staying at the Residence Inn-Marriott here is the PIR pricing...
Studio-79.00
1 Bdr- 99.00
2 Bdr-134.00
All rooms are suites with full kitchens, which is nice if you plan to cook any favorite meals for your future sailor.
Every morning there is a FULL breakfast, no continental stuff!!
There is also a shuttle available. The mall is close by along with other restaurants.
Again sorry for the delay and information.. it was pretty frustrating for me too!
Celebrating tonight really put me in a sad mood missing my son! I will close with my favorite BC saying.... HIS dream, MY heart.
Have a great night everyone!
ProudNavyWife...Happy Birthday! My daughter is Ship 09 Div 067. There was a discussion and I think there were about 5 that responded. Lexsmom....Vinsmom1991..KarenH....Momofasailorgirl....Christinasmom...all from Ship 09 Div 067.
We're light blue if we're doing the scarf thing........
Mama W- I too was wondeing about your contact at the Residence Inn. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, and a discount would be bonus. Thanks,
Have you heard back from Residence Inn about the group rate? I've looked for the posts trying to find the information. Thanks Mamawalrus so much for organizing this. It sure makes it easier for me and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.
