dren:  Here is an email address for you:

pao@navy.mil

Write them and tell them you were given the 3/4 password as that was the original group. Give them that password.  They then should send you the password for 3/11.  I know this because it happened to me when my son was there.  He was asmoed and changed PIRs.  They would not give me the new password until I gave them the old password for the other PIR group.  They are very prompt in replying so you should have it today.

I call the public affairs office and they gave me the new password when they changed my grandson's PIR from 3/4 to 3/11

Is anyone else still having trouble with printing 3/11 gate pass? My sailor's div originally wrote in the form letter that their PIR was 3/4, but obviously has since changed. Unfortunately, the password only worked on the 3/4 gate pass link. I did print it anyway, before 3/4's link was taken off. I asked him after BS21 if he had a new password & he said he had no clue/no one told him of needing a new password for the revised PIR date... going to call up there today to the office & see if I can get a new password or something. His mom is going to try her luck on the site as well.

Momof4 is my soon to be mother in law. I connected with the wife of a close friend of my fiances on here and she said when she got her call she asked about my fiance and her hubby told her he didn't go through last night, but would for sure tonight and I can expect a call tomorrow. I'm assuming maybe he had watch or something that messed with the schedule? Either way, she stressed no news is good news in this case and that her hubby was positive he would call tomorrow. Just got to be patient a little longer.
