m3, I know you must have been bummed!! I'm glad you got to speak with him again. Our SR said they can now send mail on Tues, Thurs, and Sundays. I'm sure in time yours will be able to do the same. Hope he does well with surgery and you get the call!!

I'm glad you got your call! I was in the grocery store the other day when I saw that I had missed a call from my hubby. I started bawling in the middle of the store! I had just came from the air force base by my house where I was getting my military ID and I had no service so his call went straight to voice mail...Then I check my voice mail while still in the store and he says that he has to have surgery so it was just a bad day! Luckily he called the next day for a few min and got to tell me the details of the surgery he has to have this Thursady....Just getting a simple tube put in his ear. He said he will most likely get to call me after so I'm just looking forward to hearing that everything went well!

I am definitely over the moon! I was out shopping when I received the call. I was worried at first But so happy to hear good news! I hope the other divisions earn calls too :) Definitely a shocker. So, keep your phones on you at all times...anything can happen

WOW! Congrats to you ladies getting another call!!! I have been slacking on keeping my phone me, so I guess I need to make sure I always have it! Never know when they can "earn a call." Hopefully 154 earns another call soon! OR at least gets another day to write, my hubby said they only get to write on Sunday and they only get a few min...

AM's mom - thats awesome they get to write more! are they able to send them on days other than sundays?

Woo Hoo!! Just had another phone call with our SR!! He said his DIV earned a call today. He sounds so much more confident now! He is counting down the days until graduation when he can proudly say "I'm a Sailor"! Words cannot fully express how thrilled I am that he is doing so well. Hope others received phone calls too!
