Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture.

Comment by ellen0502 on July 9, 2012 at 2:20am: Meegan: Your SRs will be the ones to let you know when BS is, they do not get into trouble for it. If you do know when it is be sure and message diannep with the date, she will keep a list of all the division dates so everyone can know.

I got a call from my son on Saturday and he said that his Div is doing really well GO 223 and of course all the others as well. It was so cool to hear how wonderful he is feeling. Anyway, Hello everyone and I need to read through the last 5 days so I can get caught up.

He could eat whatever he wanted and never gain an ounce. I am very happy she got that gene from him. I am very blessed to have very beautiful kids but I think all moms feel that way :-) Julie, she had PIR July 23rd 2010 and was in the 936 division in the choir. Here is a better pic of her. You think shes pretty you should see my son, he models part time and is a massage therapist. :-)
