Have you heard from your daughter or son?  My daughter is in Div 300 and she sounds good, but tired.  Interesting in hearing how your daughter or son is doing.

crystal: I had the same problem. Are you uploading from a file? And then are you pushing "save" at the very bottom of the page? I was forgetting the "save" part...once I did that....it worked!

lol Yeah you don't wanna get in trouble and possibly banned from the base or something. That's some bold stuff to do in general. Especially after meeting you.

Gotta give mega props out there to the wives or girlfriends of sailors. Rougher time for yall then I think for the mothers.

Any of you have plans or ideas on how to keep contact going as much as possible after they are sent off somewhere?

I hope my girl gets a laptop and we can skype or something.

So many emotions and its just the beginning in this 5 years. Hasn't even been 3 months yet lol.

Your facebook post scares me a bit jhenderson. Its one thing for someone to press up on my girl now, its another down the line more when we been apart longer. I'm still strong though, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared. My down time can be a mixture of emotions.
