Good Morning all. My daughter and her husband Graduated Friday 5/25. I did take a picture of some handsome young men from 930. There are only about 6 of them in the photo, but if you have a son in that div, let me know, and I will get you the photo.
gc0972: Blessings to your daughter as she continues her trek to become a sailor. I agree with FTLW...although percentage of waivers to re-enlist now being accepted are very low, some are getting back in. Hoping your daughter is one of them!
Happy Memorial Day, all! Remembering all of our military today...past and present! God Bless Them!
gc0972 - I am so very sorry for you and your daughter...good wishes are being sent your way and I hope things will work out the best possible way for her!
Looks like the weather in Chicago area is cooling off by the end of the week (highs in mid 50s and low 60s and lows in mid 40s) Brrrr! This southern girl may freeze up there. LOL! Wondering how in the world to pack!
Congratulations to everyone that has an SR graduating. Thank you for your continued support and hopefully my daughter will be able to get back in eventually. It is what she wants. The thing is we have to go through an admiral to get her waiver because she forgot to tell them something before getting to boot camp. They considered it fradulant enlistment and that is why she got sent home :( These waivers I have been told are hard to get so please keep her in your prayers. Thanks again to all of you. Good luck with everything :)
how exciting!! I can't believe it is so close too!!
