We are in Florida too and I am surprised about the weather in GL.

I ran out today while my mailman was arriving to give him some letters for my boy at bootcamp.... Him:  "hey there, got some mail for you!"  Me:  (all excited that I got a letter from my son in bootcamp) "Nice, your my favorite person today!"  Him:  Hands me a Maurices brochure catalog and an electric bill.  Me:  "oh.  gee thanks"  AS I WALK BACK TO THE HOUSE CALLING HIM VERY BAD NAMES IN MY HEAD.

This weather is NOT normal for March.  It is usually in the high 50's or low 60's but always windy usually.  When I was in high school it flurry snowed on my birthday, May 20 but its also been hot and 90's.  So the weather is unpredicatable.  The wind is fairly standard and predictable though.

Remember in the news a few years ago that lady had 8 kids from fertility treatments and she was roasted in the news media for her decision to have more kids when she is unmarried and on welfare... they nicknamed her "octo mom" as in "8"

lol too funny mamabeans....back to the weather, I'm from Florida as well as Teachermom, and I'm shocked how warm it is. Is that normal for GL or could next week they start to get cold weather again? I never pay attention to any place but where I live, bad I know...

Mama beans... What is Octo? Thanks for the thoughts on sharing makeup. I'm sure she will be smart. Coming from all those days of cheerleading and gymnastics! Wow so weird to think of all those days and now she is the navy! Sorry having one of those sweet memories moments.

ocMom- lol I keep seeing your name and all I think of is "octo mom" and I actually wondered... are they old enough yet to go into the military?  LOL quick blonde moment.

The crazy warm front they are having is making it impossible for me to buy a new outfit!  Oh well, guess I will need to get several just to be sure.  ;)

Ocmom- I would caution her about sharing make up.... lots of viruses can spread that way.  even if someone doesn't have an outbreak at the time, lots of stuff can spread through eye makeup or lip gloss.  I have just always been over cautious about that sort of thing though.

According to the weather in GL it is 81 degrees right now at 4 pm.  I am in Florida and it's only 78 here!  Geez, in the almost 5 weeks he's been there, they have had snow and a heat wave!  Amazing.
