I am here to support my
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy career?
When I heard “Navy,” I...
Was concerned or afraid
The Navy offers opportunities that...
I am still learning here. At the moment I have learned the best part if this entire process is getting a letter or call from ur child
Our Navy experience so far...
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
No worries...I figured I could joke with you about the height thing since I am 5'2"! lol
I know it is getting exciting! Tonight is the night! I don't want to say much because I've been reading a lot of what we are not suppose to be saying and it is confusing! I took tomorrow off of work, so that I do not miss that phone call and can answer it in private. Good luck with your packing...be sure to pack a warm coat since the high here on Friday will only be 43 degrees! Winter in Chicago is coming!!!
I know, it is very confusing, not just a little! I cannot figure out where I am going exactly on here. Facebook right now seems like the easiest way to communicate, doesn't it? lol Great pictures, but he surely did not inherit your height or lack there of I should say? lol I'm 5'2" and thank God my son Joe is 6'! lol Dustin looks to be tall, too.

We try to have a lot of fun in our PIR group while insuring that we are doing whatever we can to help our recruits...just dive in....get your feet wet and you will soon feel very much at home! Are you bringing the whole family to PIR? I hope you got a letter or call today or one is coming very shortly!!
What a great looking young man...hmmm what do you suppose he looks like without that gorgeous hair....I wonder that about my own child..lol!! here is hoping and praying you get a letter today! Great to see you in the group...please give me a yell if I can do anything to help!!
Hi Dustin's Mom - my name is Vicki - live in Oregon. We did not get letters today, but am hoping for tomorrow! I miss my boy too - hard to go from talking to daily to clinging to the hope of a letter once a week. Especially reading that some are getting anywhere from 2-6 on mail day.
