The blocks should be 6" and made out of a 100% cotton fabric. Since we are doing various States, I'm planning on using a red, white and Blue color scheme for the connecting or bridging fabri

I would like to get all the blocks by the end of March. PM me and I'll send you my address

yes, I knew that about NJ. and that will most likely be my theme.
Did the four from Calif arrive?
They haven't arrived yet, but I wouldn't worry for a few days yet. After all Calif. is clear on the left coast.
For NJ you could put a cake in a garden of a garden on a cake....lol....I LOVE Cake Boss too...oh heck I love food shows....lol
man, Lauren, you reading my mind  haha.  I ironed my white fabric and the WI fabric today.  progress! Plan to mail on Monday.

did my NJ research and know what to do now.  same with WI and AZ.  Dori is doing the HAE square.  It is awesome!

mine will reflect my electic personality.  haha

FYI... update on Tim's health on main group page... scroll backwards and read!  Be praying for him and his family!

I have drawn on paper my designs, got the fabric out and tomorrow I will assemble and get into the mail to you.

Shirley, anything new on Tim?

I know you all are waiting for me to list pictures of the quilt squares. Well.... there has been a bit of a glitch. My husband is out of town on a business trip. He sent me an e-mail this morning telling me that he borrowed my camera at the last minute. So, I will probably end up posting the picture of the quilt when it is done.

Finally came up with something for Nebraska.  It is very simple but I am okay with it.  I would change some things on the New Mexico design but not at this point.  There is a minor glitch on the HAE design but I blame it on the influence of living in Navajo country for a while.  The Navajos believe no one, but God, is perfect, so if they make a blanket, it must have a mistake even if it is a deliberate mistake.  Never fear, I make plenty of mistakes all on my own!

I started out to include the state outlines but they just did not work so I took them off.

Lyn, I will do Nebraska today and get all of them in the mail tomorrow.  I still need to do the write up for the states.

Hawaii, Ohio and Michigan arrived today and they look wonderful. Just a few more states and I will be able to start putting the strips together.

Lyn my square from Texas will go out in the mail tomorrow.  This is a picture of what I came up with.
