For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

My nephew is in this group of marines (stands for Combat Logistics Battalion) and they will be deployed soon.
The total number needed 700: 36 females, 664 males.
We will be mailing in waves to the different companies. Once I get the breakdown of numbersby company, we will decide on the mailing dates. At this point in time, it looks like we will start in late August with a very small possibility of a late July mailing.
Watch for further details. And ladies, "start your machines".

Looks like we have them all covered. I have not heard from my sister about theprevious shipments. But she has been very busy with our mother, who lives with her. Mom is retaining fluid and they can't seem to get it down. Will check with her agian tonight.
they are so pretty and you will like the fabric that I sent you. I actually did try somewhat to color coordinate the boxes and perhaps put something in that reflects each person's sewing style. I tried anyway.
I mailed the other 20 yesterday and I'll post a photo one of these days. So ENGR Co will be done today.
