DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

How exciting!!!  I just printed my Gate Pass!!!
I'm gonna go print my gate pass! YES, momas coming soon!
Yea Yea! Just printed my pass! Thanks for the reminder. Now it feels really really close!
Single digits only 8 more days and a wake up Yipee can't wait till next Friday 10/07/11. Good Luck 07/340 in the next 8 days. Printed my pass and ready to go.
Getting nervous, hope we get that call early!
By my guestimate... we should be getting "that call" when we are leaving home, en route there, or for some of us... we'll already be there!!  I'm sure they will all do well!!
That is what I am thinking as well. That will be a disappointment because we will be on a plane. Oh well, we have not received any calls yet. But just a few more days and then we get him in person. That is better any way:) Good luck to all divisions.
In my last letter to my SR, I asked him to leave me a message if I didn't answer. If we're on the plane & I miss his call... at least I'll know & hear his voice when I land!!
We. Will probly get it in route, we are leaving SD, at 3 am thurs! But when I hear of anything I will post it as soon as I get done crying!lol
Bout one in afternoon, so we should make the meet and greet for sure, just got a letter, he sounded really good, said they have all done real well on tests, they won 3 flags, he states in his letter that he didn't pass some test that he would take it in three days, but in the note he said see u in 2 weeks, so I hope he gets it done, he also said he was sending me and my daughter div flag shirts? And added, I got myself a cozy sweatshirt! Muhaha! Humor is back so, I am nervous about the one test didn't say what it was, and just like when he had to do his run over, he said no biggie, their DIV is doing really good, they are stoked about the flags!
Lil Angie, the letter I received earlier this week also mentioned a flag.  He said, they had already received the Academic Flag for passing the first test and that the day he wrote (19th) they got the Star Flag for MCA Phase Inspections. But they were hoping to get the Drill Flag the following day (21st). No letter for me today. Hopefully tomorrow will bring another letter!!  He was also stoked about those flags!  I love it!!!
