Thanks!

fcorbett, PIR date is July 6th. Did you get a form letter yet? My son arrived to Great Lakes on May 8th and I received the form letter that following Monday on May 14th.

No, I haven't received it yet. I emailed his recruiter to see if he knows anything. I've heard it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to get it. I sure hope it comes soon, just so I'll know for sure and it's official. So our son's are in the same division?

I am surprised you haven't got it yet. Like I said he got there on the 8th and I received it on the 14th. So it sounds like our son's know each other. I am from Oregon, where are you from?

Umm Darcy this isn't a private box and I can see your numbers...but I closed my eyes real tight and I won't remember them I promise

Oh and do you know you can edit your reply with the first 15 minutes?

I just double checked send tribe a friend request and then you can send her private messages from your personal page.

oops sorry!!!! I will delete the message.. Thank you jeannade!!!  No I didn't know that. I am trying to figure how to operate this site.

Still no personal letter from him almost three weeks:(

bobby's mom, I am still waiting for my personal letter and Tuesday will be 3 weeks. I talked to his friend yeasterday that is 2 years into the navy and he said to expect a letter this coming week and more than likely even a phone call. So how am I not suppose to not get my hopes up with that message lol. I so can't wait, it will ease my mind tremendously!!!

I live in California I know it's Far I need his letter:(
bobbysmom and tribesullivan, I will be praying that all three of us hear from our sons next week! What's up with Division 207 anyway? As for me, I will be celebrating, and I truly hope I will be at home when he calls....hard to take a cell phone call at work, but you better believe I will if at all possible!
I have not received a letter from my husband either :( I'm really hoping that I get it on Tuesday. I am southern california too, so I'm hoping its just the distance that's holding it up.
