Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 303 and 304

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi all, wow...seems we all are figuring this out a bit! =) My son called Sat around 4:15PST, so they must've all been calling about that time. He sounded really great! He is a section leader for 303/304 and was complaining a little about the "IT" intensive training because people were talking. (I had to laugh a little...He's gonna come out of this looking like Popeye!) I don't know what the academic flag is, but I bet it's a really good thing!!! He hung up with me and then called right back to say expect a call on Monday. Dummy me, I didn't ask if it was from him or someone else...I assumed him. However, I never actually got a phone call! =( Don't know what that was about??? I'd love to meet you all at Sarge's! Kelly and I will be meeting up! =) Hope everyone is hanging in there. This absolutely helps me, I can tell you that!

Bummer no call today. : (

I know...haven't spoke to him in over a week now. I have my phone handy. Has anyone learned what the academic flag was for? I'm thinking they are in some type of intensive training right now and that's why we haven't gotten calls. Yesterday and today have been rough though with no call.

My son called at 2:30 and I missed his call. He got in touch with his Grandmother. He did tell her next week is Hell week. He told her they start firefighting training next week and that this was the last call home until after Battlestations that they will be extremely busy until then. Only a few more weeks....

Hello Moms!  My SR is also in DIV 303 graduating 08/16.  I look forward to meeting you all.

Kens mom: Are you going to Sarge's Meet and Greet on the 15th?

Yes we will be there.  We look forward to meeting you.  We have lots of family in SD too so please let me know if we can help in any way.

Hi Ken's Mom! How is everyone holding up? We're doing good on our end...just counting down the days til we get to see our son Jeff! Hoping for a call sometime this week. =) Look forward to meeting you all at Sarge's Meet and Greet!

Hello Jeff's Mom!  We are good.  Bringing back a lot of memories for my husband.  He was in a long time ago (1971 - 1975).  Looking forward to meeting you as well.  I know I can't wait to talk to him.  It's hard to believe it's week 6 already!  In two weeks we get to see our SAILORS!  HOOYAH!

Absolutely!!! Just 17 days! =D Glad to hear you guys are doing good!

They are calling home! What a great surprise!

It was indeed a wonderful surprise! Great to hear that he is staying motivated.
