Congrats to your sailor Bamdmom! He's one step closer to the fleet!

Hello Everyone,  My Sailor passed his ( as he called them) Do or Die tests.  He was very relieved.  Should be done with A School February 5.  He is feeling more confident every day.  Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes.

I love Target, but we just don't need much stuff anymore.  Best place to get clearance Christmas lights, especially the solar or battery ones we use when camping in the desert.  Shopko is much closer to our home, and has the work pants my husband likes, so we end up there more often.  I do shop Target online for sheets, they are the only ones who had the super deep fitted pocket ones for our oversized sheets.  And they have the best selection of hot water kettles.

Lol I just love target. Even before I worked there, it was one of my go to spots for home decor, more grocery variety, gifts, all that. They just always have really good deals going on somewhere in the store. That's pretty much why I work here, I get the extra discount and I get to see everything going on sale, clearance, or new items before they hit the floor haha.

Oh my gosh, about the egg nog thing! As I was stocking shelves today, I noticed we carry an assortment of holiday limited edition ghiradelli chocolate, and one of them is egg nog! I thought this might be a fun little substitute.

Butterball, you're welcome, isn't that fun? I saw it on a blog, and I thought it was so creative and a good way to send a piece of thanksgiving to our sailors. I hope mine makes it to my husband in time and that he actually gets it…mail has been a little iffy over there for them I guess…and I can't track it once it leaves the US until it reaches the FPO. Fingers crossed it makes it or some postal workers are going to be very unhappy with me when the food starts to turn lol.

Good Morning Ladies, Happy Wednesday! these weeks sure are going by fast, it's already Thanksgiving next week. For some reason this year has flown by really quick.

Allison thanks for the great info.

Have a great day!
