OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My son is on 74 but I wasn't there. How do you watch them online?

I'm wearing my red Lincoln shirt today. Got to support our troops and sailors in particular!

ps. if you look at my pictures from tiger cruise on my page, it's Friday 10-3 when I have a red shirt on. And it was hot leaving Hawaiil, but I didn't have my new Lincoln shirt yet.

I've been wearing a red shirt on Friday for several years also. I got red Lincoln while on tiger cruise.
I also praise anyone who is wearing a red shirt-that really calls attention to others about Red Shirt Friday. Love the article.

It was a wonderful thing to watch! Tears watching the sailors run on board.
