proudmom: They must stay in full uniform all day. There are RDCs in the community, dressed in plain clothes, watching. So...the new sailors understand that they must do this. They are threatened with retention at RTC!
Proud Mom 93, they are required to wear their uniforms. On Friday, they will wear their dress blues, and I believe on Saturday, they are to wear their Peanut Butters. I am not completely sure on that one, but I believe that is what I have read.
Hi All,
Good Morning!
I found this list of Navy Slang on Navy for Dads.....it is very informative and helpful for us to interpret the acronyms.
http://www.navydads.com/forum/topics/navy-boot-camp-slang-learn-to
Thanks!
A' I feel bad for her too, poor thing. I bet she is punishing herself more than her brother will. I am sure he will be so glad to see you all that is won't seem like such a huge deal. I hope it turns up.
Good morning all!
Ive checked everywhere navymom, cant find it! I know she feels bad and she sobbed last night! I asked her today if she learned a lesson and her answer....not go behind your back, do what you say and, and....you were right! I have to admit, I am so not a happy camper with her! I would also hate to be her when she has to tell him!
Dont get me wrong, part of me feels for her but I was very clear on my instructions!
