jennifercrazyplace:  You hit the nail on the head!  With so many different personalities, backgrounds, ages, goals, life experiences, etc in one division, it is hard to get all on the same page...and they may struggle, but eventually they get there.  And the friendships they make during bootcamp are phenomenal!  Struggling together creates a great "bond!"

Hey jennifercrazyplace  I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the explanation.  It calms me considerately to know that your son has the same slant on things as my son.  I thought the night issues might only be a  problem my son was having.  He takes things so personal.  I guess he better get over himself real fast in the Navy.

♥FireTeamLeaderWife♥ aka FTLW, I tried and it will not let me change it either.  I can delete it, and start a new one only.  Maybe because i am not the originator of the discussion.  Sorry I tried!

YEA mail is in!!!!!She wrote 6 letters. Foods not bad, IT tough make she says she'll be buff, and will look "snazzy" in her uniform She also wrote of a time they had IT and some were ready to give up and everyone started chanting and yelling" we are family until the day we die-it was inspirational. the the people(or most) who questioned being here don't question it anymore hooray 924! OK I am better now having gotten letters. To all of waiting I will keep you in my prayers.

@Cathy, yes it is really hard....

I got a call AMAZING! I got my call today its been 30 days since i heard my kiddos voice. He stated that originally there were 88 people in this div and now they are down to 76. He also said yes, they are having a tough time working together, and get a lot of extra exercise because of it. He is not to happy about it but, He said that it only makes him stronger in the end. He also said that everyone in this DIV passed the first written test and the earned there first Flag as a Team, he hopes that because of this, maybe some of the other SR, will try harder to become a TEAM!! :o)  Oh and he got all 4 wisdom teeth out!  He told me that they are trying to work things out at night, with issues they are having.  With 76, people, that is a lot of different personality's coming together to be one.  I told him it will take time and try to help the others if needed!  So we just need to keep supporting them.

Sorry I was MIA today. My Sailor unexpectedly got 3 days off and decided to come home :-) So happy to see her today after 11 weeks. But I can tell you those 11 weeks didn't seem 1/10th as long as bootcamp :-) I hope you all had a great day. I will catch up on posts tomorrow ;-)
