~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Good Morning!
"Listen...and be wise,
and keep your heart
on the right path."
Proverbs 23:19
Good Morning! Yay 14 more days, I have been getting my letters for the last two weeks on Wednesday and its exactly what i need. Tuesday 6/18 is our two year anniversary will be hard day but my family has been great on supporting me... have a good day everyone!
Good Morning All!!! I did get a letter from my SR (Div 240) yesterday.... Really short, sweet, and to the point (not even a page long)... They are extremely busy as they prepare for the events this week and next - leading up to BS21. Keep your phones near as they still have an opportunity to earn a call or two.. Stay strong and positive... We're almost there :)
Good Morning! Hang in there....this group starts their final test, BattleStations, next week! So it won't be long before you get that nice long I'm a Sailor call. They will continue BattleStations during PIR week. If you get a date from your SR in a letter or call, please friend request/message it to me, ok? I'm keeping a schedule for each PIR group!
Letters coming your way--I got one with two inside from my SR yesterday--Div 243--he says they are super busy and counting down also....
Cheer up ladies!! Soon your SRs are going to be able to make phone calls as rewards for their divisions working so hard to earn flags, so keep your phones close to you and charged!!
