Hi!  I have a question!  I've only seen one other person here with someone in the same ship/div as my daughter.  If I remember correctly, it was someone's son?  I'm confused on that because I thought the girls & guys were in separate quarters?

Where oh where have you all gone, why did you leave us here all alone? We searched the web over and thought we had found you but you all joined  Facebook and now you're all gone.....   LMAO

As you can see, you are leaving us here with way too much time on our hands lol

Ladies, any questions on here?  If so, scroll through the Discussion Forum above and see if we have answered it.  Or if you don't have time for that, just post the question.  We will do our best to answer it pronto!

The lower-numbered divisions in this group should be finishing up Training Week 5 this week, ready to start their FINAL week of training...HOOYAH!  Can you believe that they are almost there????  Yep, they are.  The other divisions are just a couple of days behind them in their training.  Yep, we should have a whole PIR group of sailors in this group in just 2 weeks!

Might be time to go through the BattleStations info, since those will start for this group next week.  I'm looking for dates, ladies, so please ask your SRs and private message them to me.  We can't post them on this site.  I will be keeping a schedule.

Here is the BattleStations info:

http://www.navyformoms.com/group/pir562011/forum/topics/battlestati...

Remember, they must pass their final tests before they can do BattleStations.  This includes academic and the PFA (Physical Fitness Assessment).  They should be coming up soon for this group!

Ahhh, momma2many:  You know that all military personnel are special in our hearts....but the Marines/Navy have such a great bond/working relationship...that they are extra special to us!  :-)

they yell during the call? That is sad, I don't know if I could handle that.

:)   I should be getting that phone call from Parris Island tonight.  I know I'm going to hate it because it's so scripted.. the yelling call.   I'm planning my trip to see my SR grad, so that makes me smile.  Thanks for the love diannep.

On this day, July 23rd, 2010 my Sailor graduated from boot camp. I cannot believe it has been two years. It is amazing how fast time slips through your hands once they leave the nest. I am so very proud of her and all her accomplishments. She is an amazing young woman and the US Navy is so lucky to have her as part of their fleet.

Actually, Jmaries:  If someone has found some sites for the challenge coins, they can share those on these pages.  There are strict rules on this site for someone promoting their own business on here.  But it is ok for you all to share info you have found or a business that you used that was good.

Comment by diannep on July 23, 2012 at 8:12am

momma2many:  Wow...lots of emotions for you...two in bootcamps at once!  Yes, you will find "navy mom love" on here...even if it takes a few hours to get to you!

:-)

Hang in there and so proud of your future Sailor and Marine!  :-)

Comment by FireTeamLeaderWife aka FTLW on July 23, 2012 at 12:11am
Jmaries...oh, you didn't do anything wrong...sorry...my bad. You just asked about Challenge Coins and so I was just letting everyone else know not to post them publicly and how to get them to you! I'm sorry.... ;)
