nursecat:  When you get back from PIR, can you change the title of this group to "Alumni of PIR 08/31/2012".  We like to keep the alumni groups separate from the active PIR groups.  And....it means that each of you is now a N4Moms veteran so feel free to help out on the PIR groups going through now!

Hope some are in PIR hall now!  Enjoy this wonderful day!

Ok, Brandon.  Glad it will work out!

Congratulations to all the new Sailors. Enjoy PIR and have a blessed reunion with your Sailors!

Brandon:  I don't have it and the ladies really aren't supposed to share that, but if you take a hotel shuttle to PIR, you don't need the gate pass.  Also, if you drive to PIR and park at the train station next to RTC, you can walk right next door to RTC and won't need it then either.  It is only for vehicles on base.

Hello Ladies. Could someone please message me the password for the vehicle pass for tomorrows PIR. Thank you!

Safe travel today, ladies.

Don't forget the MeetandGreets tonight!

Also, please leave your hotels EARLY tomorrow for PIR.  This is a fairly large group and there will be traffic and lines (remember your ID!).  So try and be in the car line by 6, or on a shuttle by 6:30.  You can take snacks with you, etc to pass the time, but there is some pre-ceremony activity going on in there to watch.  Most importantly...enjoy!

Comment by Jodi-alumni Ship 4 on August 30, 2012 at 7:34am

Just think, in a little over 24 hours, we will be sitting in the stands waiting to watch our Sailors march into the hall. How exciting. I'm sure that tomorrow can't come soon enough!!

To all of those families that are traveling today, take care and have a safe trip.
