Joining the gals here hoping that Hailey's day improved substantially ... and hoping that she isn't being too hard on herself for leaving out the i-pod.  Ugh ... so much to remember ... and 100% perfection demanded.  Hoping Sunday's call brings better spirits and news.

And Dereck too?  Food in the cabinet?  Another ugh.  Thank goodness for the good grades to help out.

Mrs. B - thanks for posting the wonderful picture - I'll send you a note to get your e-mail so I can see the other pictures on FB.  What a sweet family you have.

Corie - great news to hear from you that all is on track and you sound so happy with it all.  Yay!

I learned yesterday that there is going to be a 'family cruise day' for Aaron's ship next month.  Passing this info along in case this is something that most of the ships do ...... keep an eye and ear out for such news.  You can go onto the ship and it must go out for a little bit of time.  I wanna go!

No other worthy news here ...... so enjoy your evenings.

lol, the STC's fail rooms even when people aren't in school and are supposed to be packing to move to their new duty station. My hubby's room failed because of that, and the guy was AUTHORIZED to not have his part of the room clean, yet they were failed because he was packing. And now he is gone and my husband's room is being punished for something that they didn't do...and the guy is GONE! LOL...what a joke... :(

Morning Ladies,

Corie - Woo Hoo for you!!!! That sounds great. Start buying winter wear so you'll have it next year. Lol... So happy life is treating you well.

Mrs. B - What a fantastic photo. This would be a great one to send out with your Christmas cards. Keep that beautiful smile on your face, it belongs there. =)

Nicole - Awww... so sorry sweetie. He might just be super busy. Hope you hear something from him soon. Rooting for you. =)

Well - Haley got in trouble yesterday. I saw that she was online and ambused her. She got a fail on her room inspection cause she left out her Ipod Shuffle. So now she has to go get her dress blues from the dry cleaners where they were sewing on some of her patches, so she can stand at attention outside her room until it's inspected. She also has watch that day so I'm not sure how she's going to be in two places at once. Anyhow, she's a bit frustrated at herself for forgetting to put that away. Plus it's the last weekend before Travis leaves on leave, so that screws that up too. Not a good day for her. She's hammering away at her mods. The last few are really tough. I hope by Sunday's skype she'll be happier.

Well, that's all I have. Hope you are all having a great day today. Happy Thursday! Lol...

Hugs and guess what? It's still soggy and foggy. =)

Wow AJ that is just so great about Aaron! I will pray for the best for him. He sounds like a smart well adjusted guy. You are probably so proud o him. It will be so great to get the gunnersmate if he really would love that. Always helps to have a higher up put in good words no matter where you work. Good things are coming your way. : ))

Yay Iris is unplugged! That is so great! So happy...doing the happy dance right now!

Thanks Mary,if you noticed I appoligized alot, hehe... Loved being with you at the PIR. Was so funny how I knew it was you right away, guess the flag sweatshirt gave you away.

My brain! AHHHHHHH! I forgot to mention that one of the cool things that the Command Master Chief told Aaron ...... he said that he remembers very well how much it meant to him and how much it helped him to have someone up the chain of command help him out when he first came in. Isn't that cool?

Have fun with your brother and niece Mary. Aaron is on the USS Boxer. That is awesome that Daniel likes cooking in the Navy -- I saw a special about some famous chef going onto one or two of the ships passing on his secrets to the ones cooking. Wouldn't that be fun? So what color is the basement now?

Morning! Unplug day.. woo hoo... now I can actually say I have only 3 more to go. Yes!!! By the time Haley gets here, I'm thinking I'll be down to 1. Wow!!!

Hurley - the weenie thing is an Astro Weenie Christmas Tree. It's pure awesomeness! My sister's and cousin are going to make one on the 31st for one of my Christmas parties. I will take and post pictures. You can look it up on you tube. Yes, there is a video. =) Pure awesomeness!!! Thanks for the kind words. Sorry you had to deal and probably still dealing with your stroke. It's tough. No one gets it until they actually experience it. I wouldn't be laughing at you, only with you my friend. Hugs!!! Here's to a quick recovery. =)

Mrs. B - you guys are getting close to your move aren't you? I know you will be glad to be done with that. Let us all know when you are set up in your new digs and then you can make us jealous of the lovely weather your going to have. I hear San Diego is beautiful. Hope the move goes smooooooooothly for you. Hugs!

Nicole - sooo.... any boyfriend updates? =)

Mary - Oh I love that you sung to your family. That's so cool. I'm sure D. does miss it. You should post pics of your basement. I'm curious to see it after hearing about all the work you've done. I'm sure the kids are going to just love it.

Well, I need to hit the shower so I'm not all stinky for my apt. Have a fantastic day today ladies.

Still soggy and foggy, Oregon. =)
