Do - Congrats to you and your husband! last chemo, that is fantastic. I have 5 more and knock on wood, no more issues. Glad you had fun on VD and thank those serving in your family for their service for me, if you would. The general is coming, wow! Now that sounds daunting, momma and also a general. I would probably stress out over the house too. Hope you have a fantastic visit with her.

Nicole - a year and a half will go by fast. In the mean time, have fun and live life. Not that I think you don't.... lol... I bet you really live it. Kudo's baby.

Corie - hang in there. I hope things work out for you two either way, friends or bf.

Well I have a fun day planned today so I need to go get showered and ready, then clean the bathroom (company) and then who knows. It's my sister Rose and my cousin Natalie coming to have a play date. Yay!!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Do - I will TRY to keep my emails brief, but don't count on it. I have much to say...lol!

Hey sorry I haven't been on for a long time I had a lot of catching up tovdo.
Iris your daughter is geourgous and looks really happy.

So C decided that he just wants to be friends and then he tells me he doesnt know what he wants. I told him we should take a break for 2 weeks think about what we want out of ourselves, our relationship and our lives. We haven't talked for 2 weeks and when ever we don't talk he starts freaking out, when we do talk everything is perfectly fine. so were going to see how this goes. anyway hope everyone is well Christmas is coming up so most of us will get to see our Sailors.

LEAVING FOR BASIC:)))))))))))))))))))))

Okay no more long post. We're going to have to put a cap on the amount of sentences we write so the catching up doesn't take so long......or maybe get back here sooner!

Wow it took me forever to catch up. SOOO busy! The general is coming (my mother). All the stuff I say "I'll do tomorrow" has really got to be done now.

Great pictures!

Iris they are truly a cute couple. My heart goes out to you in what you are going through. It's the not knowing that's so hard. I know that just one day-just one without any major change or drama would mean so much. Here's to hoping that the happy picture of the smiling sailor below gives you the added strength to lick this stuff!

The good news is that my foster son got his promotion and he is now a petty officer! He's been in the reserves for a year-trying to get active duty because he loves the Navy. The real reason is that he's in love and wants to get married. We're pulling for that since his little girlfriend is just perfect for him!

Monday is our (my husbands) last chemo shot! I've loved him being home this year, we've grown so close. I'm freaking out about him going back to work. Sometimes he's gone for days at a time. We're rejoicing that he is virus free.

We had a great time on VD getting all the free stuff. We even went with our foster son and his fiance and called my San D. boy to wish him well. He's at Sea World today with a group from the base since it was free. It's rough out there.....Not!

That pumpkin pie story really got to me. I guess we'll get good at those hello/good bye/ will I ever see you again things. At least we have N4M. I had to laugh at the holes in the doors and walls-yes I've got them too. That's some of the sprucing up stuff that we've got to do before the general gets here. Oh Lord are there enough hours in a day, or strength to get everything done?

Nicole you keep us posted on your progress so we can light a candle for you during BS. The Navy is lucky to have you. Bon Voyage!

Thinking good thoughts for all of you.
